Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purpose

To set clear expectations regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

2. Scope

Applies to all appointments and treatments booked with Cala Medical Aesthetics Ltd.

3. Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance
  • A deposit may be required to secure bookings

4. Cancellations

Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Full or partial charge at practitioner discretion

5. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
  • Full fee may still apply

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments:

  • No refunds will be given for completed treatments
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome is not grounds for refund

7. Exceptions

Refunds or adjustments may be considered where:

  • There is a clinical complication
  • Treatment is deemed inappropriate
  • At the practitioner’s discretion

8. Prepaid Treatments

  • Prepaid treatments are non-refundable
  • May be transferable at practitioner discretion

9. Review

  • This policy will be reviewed annually.
