Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Purpose
To set clear expectations regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
2. Scope
Applies to all appointments and treatments booked with Cala Medical Aesthetics Ltd.
3. Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance
- A deposit may be required to secure bookings
4. Cancellations
Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to do so may result in:
- Loss of deposit
- Full or partial charge at practitioner discretion
5. Late Arrivals
- Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
- Full fee may still apply
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments:
- No refunds will be given for completed treatments
- Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome is not grounds for refund
7. Exceptions
Refunds or adjustments may be considered where:
- There is a clinical complication
- Treatment is deemed inappropriate
- At the practitioner’s discretion
8. Prepaid Treatments
- Prepaid treatments are non-refundable
- May be transferable at practitioner discretion
9. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually.
